I kept expecting this to feel like affirmations or mindset work but it didn't at all. It honestly felt more like something interrupted the pattern while it was actively happening. I stopped checking my phone constantly. I stopped spiralling. I stopped needing reassurance every five minutes. It felt like space opened up in my nervous system where there normally would've been panic.
